Business Manager
Mrs. Pamela Burk: Pam has been with St Mary's for 24 years, assisting the pastor with his responsibilities, and other staff members with their duties in the business and office operations supporting the faith and community life of the (student and resident) people of St. Mary's. She has been a member of the parish since 1984 when her family moved to Oxford.
Secretary / Receptionist
Mrs. Tara Bowers : Tara assists resident and student parishioners and provides parish office support to the pastor and pastoral staff. She has been a member of St. Mary's since 1995.
Director of Maintenance
Mr. Raymond Reece: Ray oversees upkeep and repair on all parish property and manages the parish rental properties. Ray began working at St. Mary's in 1976.
House Keeping / Maintenance
Mrs. Loreta Vargas Rojas: Loreta is responsible for all housekeeping duties in the rectory, church and parish center. She also assists the Director of Maintenance with the upkeep of all parish properties. Born in the Philippines, Loreta recently became a US citizen.
